Sending us a fax
For most questions and issues we recommend you contact us by email or use the web form above for a prompt reply.
If you would rather send us a fax, please fax to 0870 321 1580 if in the UK, or +44 870 321 1580 if outside of the UK.
You should allow up to 24-48 hours for a response by fax. Please ensure that you include your email address, and if you are an existing customer you must also include your username, the first and last characters of your password and the account domain. If you have a fax number you should also include this. We will reply to your faxes by email or to your fax number as a last resort.
Please note that to keep our prices low we do not currently provide telephone support.
