.fr Domain Name Registration Requirements
In order to register a .fr domain, the Registrant must meet .fr's registration definition of a qualified legal entity or natural persons.
A qualified legal entity:
- Has its head office located in France, or
- Possesses an address in France explicitly listed in the public electronic databases of the registrars of the commercial courts or the National Statistical and Economic Studies Institute (INSEE), or
- Is a government institution or department, local authority or associated establishments, or
- Owns a trademark registered with the National Intellectual Property Institute, or owns a registered EU or international trademark that expressly includes French territory.
A qualified natural person:
- Is of French nationality, or
- Is of foreign nationality who is domiciled in France, or
- Own a trademark registered with the National Intellectual Property Institute, or own a registered EU or international trademark that expressly includes French territory.

.nl Domain Name Registration Requirements
Every .nl domain name registration requires a signed form stating the Registrant's place of residence. .nl domain names are only available to residents and businesses with a valid address in the Netherlands. This form must be posted or faxed to us when the order is placed and must be received within 21 days of the order date. The fax and postal mail details will be included in your domain order confirmation email. If the form is not received within this time, the domain name may be deleted as a result.

So, to clarify: to register a .nl domain, you must be a resident of the Netherlands, order your .nl domain from this website's order page, AND fax or post the form to us to arrive no later than 21 days from the registration/order date.
.de Domain Name Registration Requirements
In order to register a .de domain, you must have presence in Germany.
Local Presence required:
The Registrant or the person named as the administrative contact person for a .de domain must reside in Germany. The registry will validate this requirement at the time of registration application and if not fulfilled, the registration will fail.
.us Domain Name Registration Requirements
In order to register a .us domain, you must either be A Natural Person, U.S. Corporation or Bona Fide U.S. Presence.
Category 1 - A natural person:
Who is a United States citizen
Who is a permanent resident of the United States of America or any of its possessions or territories
Category 2 - U.S. Corporation
U.S. organization incorporated within one of the 50 states of a U.S. territory
Category 3 - Bona Fide U.S. Presence
Regularly engages in lawful activities (sales of good or services or other business, commercial or non-commercial, including not-for-profit relations in the United States).
Entity has an office or other facility in the U.S.
