All hosting accounts come with unlimited POP3 email accounts, email forwarding and email auto-responders. Details and settings for each can be found below.

Below are the settings required for email software to enable you to collect your email via a POP3 (Post Office Protocol) account. 

POP3 (incoming) Host or Server Name: mail.yourdomain.com
SMTP (outgoing) Host or Server Name: Provided by your ISP
Username: the full email address
Password: your password

Email forwarding must be set-up on your email accounts by logging into your Web Control Panel.  Details are provided in your welcome email when your account was set-up.  Forwarding settings are: 

Forwarder Name: info@yourdomain.com
Destination Address: your-email@yahoo.com

The Forwarder Name can be any username before the @ sign and the Destination Address can be any valid email address.

You can set-up an auto-responder on any of your POP3 mailboxes so that when someone sends you an email to that address, it will automatically send them an email as pre-written text previously created by you. This can be used, for example, when you want people to be able to instantly request and receive certain information by email. 

It is also useful for times when you are away from your email (such as a holiday or vacation) and want to be able to inform people when you will be back or who else to contact during your absence.
